After only 3 days my Xbox One stopped reading discs. I rang Microsoft on Monday 25th November 2013 and was told that a new replacement console would be dispatched to me within 24hrs. 48hrs later I still have not received my replacement console or an email saying the console has been dispatched.
Today Wednesday 28th November I called Xbox One Customer Support to find out when I would receive my replacement console and to ask other questions about the Xbox One.
