Ubisoft have released a new short trailer for the highly anticipated Watch Dogs, I’m not the only one seriously pumped for this am I? Okay good because I’m sick and tired of seeing sequels everywhere and it’s great to see a new intellectual property from one of the biggest names in the industry.
Unfortunately it’s not the coolest trailer in the world, if anything it just an excuse to announce a release date and the usual mountain of pre-order related extras. Personally speaking it’s the gameplay trailers that have been doing it for me thus far, I’ll take an educated guess and say we won’t see another gameplay trailer until E3. Sony might snatch up the on-stage demo as Microsoft will probably be eyeing a Call of Duty stage demo.
I am wondering why Ubisoft chose to release this trailer just one day from Grand Theft Auto V’s trailer going live, are we seeing a little rivalry brewing here?

Watch Dogs now has a release date, it’s November 19th for North America and November 22nd for the UK. It will be available on PC, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, Wii U and probably the GameBoy Colour at this point.
