Rockstar has just unveiled a new game mode for Max Payne 3. The new mode is Arcade Mode for single-player.
This mode offers us rankings integrated with the Rockstar Social Club. In the game, the arcade mode will become available when you complete a chapter in the campaign. The arcade mode is divided in ‘Score Attack’ and ‘New York Minute Mode’.
In ‘Score Attack’, there are several enemies categories and you’ll get points depending on how you kill them. If you use the bullet time kills or quick kills you can multiply your points. The ‘New York Minute Mode’ is a really hard mode, that will give us only 60 seconds to complete our mission, but we can increase the time with headshots.
Max Payne 3 will be released on May 15 in North America and May 18 in Europe for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
