Ubisoft is promoting Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation with a trailer that gets slightly more personal with its star character. Set to hit the shelves for PlayStation Vita October 30, Liberation will let players take control of the machete-wielding assassin Aveline, whose female gender and French-African heritage allows her to blend into 18th century New Orleans during the American Revolution. The trailer follows Aveline as she loses everything and embraces her destiny as an assassin. Connor, the protagonist of Assassin’s Creed 3 (which is scheduled for the same release date), also makes a cameo in the video where he is seen standing with Aveline as she cuts a soldier’s throat.
Do you think that Assassin’s Creed 3 and Assassin‘s Creed 3: Liberation will surpass the success of their predecessors?
