Knack 2-Player Coop Multiplayer Trailer

Knack 600

Sony have released a new trailer for the upcoming PlayStation 4 title ‘Knack’ which showcases the game’s 2-player co-op multiplayer. Now I don’t know about you guys but I didn’t even have a clue that Knack featured a 2-player co-op mode, in fact I don’t even really know what the story is about either.

As per usual we look towards the press release for the info.

Mankind must turn to Knack, an unlikely hero, to protect them from a dangerous new threat. The unassuming Knack stands at a mere three feet tall, but thanks to the power of mysterious ancient relics, he can transform into a powerful brute or even a gigantic wrecking machine. Knack is mankind’s only hope for turning the tide against the invading goblin army, but trying to harness the true power of the relics could threaten to put the whole world at risk.

We can see in the trailer embedded below that the addition of an extra doesn’t radically change the experience, think of it as a single player title where a buddy can help out. It’s made all the more obvious by the fact the game’s camera seems to stay focused on player one.

Knack is a PlayStation 4 exclusive which is set to launch alongside the console on November 29th. There’s only two exclusive (physical/boxed/retail) titles for the PlayStaton 4 at launch, Knack and Killzone Shadow Fall so hopefully you like what you’re seeing here because it’s pretty slim pickings at the moment.
